Shoreline Herbicide Treatment Program
For participating lakes, we provide MNDNR-permitted shoreline herbicide treatments (up to two applications per season) for control of nuisance aquatic vegetation around docks and swimming areas.
This program is available only on lakes currently under service and with a minimum number of enrolled shoreline properties. We manage permitting, treatment application, and required end-of-season reporting for participating properties.
We offer direct sales of approved aquatic herbicides for property owners on non-participating lakes. Minnesota DNR regulations require a permit prior to any shoreline herbicide application, even for individual (DIY) treatments. DIY treatments are typically limited to a single application per season and are subject to MNDNR restrictions.
