Limnopro Aquatic Science, Inc. is a science-driven lake management and biological services firm headquartered in St. Cloud, Minnesota.
Founded in 2017, Limnopro provides professional lake management, aquatic plant and AIS services, hydroacoustic surveys, nutrient analysis, and biological taxonomic laboratory services to clients throughout Minnesota and beyond.

Current Opportunities
Ecologist – Full-Time, Permanent
We are seeking a full-time ecologist with experience in lake management, aquatic ecology, or limnology. The ideal candidate will have:
- Experience with aquatic plant surveys and lake management planning
- Strong field and analytical skills
- Knowledge of freshwater ecology
- Taxonomic experience in algae, zooplankton, or macroinvertebrates (or demonstrated capacity to train and develop expertise)
- Ability to work independently and manage projects
This is a long-term, permanent position with opportunity for growth and leadership within the company.
Summer Internships – 2026 Season
We anticipate hiring 2–3 summer interns for the 2026 field season.
Interns will assist with:
- Aquatic plant surveys
- Lake monitoring
- Field data collection
- Laboratory processing and analysis
Ideal candidates are pursuing degrees in biology, ecology, environmental science, or related fields and are comfortable working outdoors in varying conditions.
